Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with colonic intubation with a probe consisting of two flexible hollow cylinders. Moreover, external cylinder is immobile and has got openings in its wall through which intestinal contents comes into probe's lumen. Internal cylinder shifts against external one. Internal cylinder has a device to detect intraintestinal pressure, remove intestinal contents outwards with the help of a suction element, provides destruction and washing dense feces by preventing the probe against lumen's occlusion and enables to operate for some period of time for liquidation intestinal congestion and availability of active peristaltics. As a result, it is possible to obtain prolonged and complete colonic evacuation in case of its affected function. EFFECT: higher efficiency of decompression. 6 dwg
