SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting anthracic agent in low concentration out of environmental objects due to preparing material, its concentrating due to selective sorption upon magnoimmunosorbents by shaking suspension of tested material and magnoimmunosorbents at concentration of 5-6 mcl/ml for 15-20 min, cultivating in selective medium in the presence of growth inhibitors of accompanying microflora as the mixture of polymyxin and trimetaprim in equal quantities at mixture concentration being 23-25 mcg/ml, then comes sample's boiling for 1 h, separation of supernatant followed by its studying in polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The present innovation provides higher reliability in indicating microorganisms out of environmental objects. EFFECT: higher sensitivity of indication. 3 ex
