This gene shows nucleotide sequence that encodes amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:2 or SEQ ID NO:8 or amino acid sequence exhibiting 90% or higher level of homology with amino acid given in SEQ ID NO:2 and eliciting with functional activity of protein rep. Such plasmid is able to replicate in cells of E. coli or corynebacterium by autonomic mechanism. Invention is used for improvement of corynebacteria that are producers of valuable substances, such as L-amino acids.
