Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing dichloropropanols used widely in synthesis of epichlorohydrin, glycerol and some other organochlorine compounds. Method involves interaction of allyl chloride with chlorinating agent at temperature 25-40 C with feeding allyl chloride to the intake device sucking directly, maintaining pH value in the range 2-5 in preparing solution of dichloropropanols and recirculation of prepared reaction mass. Hypochlorous acid is used as a chlorinating agent in the concentration 15.0-30.0 g/l and pH = 2.5-6.0 prepared by interaction of chlorine with sodium hydroxide an aqueous solution in the mole ratio of used chlorine and allyl chloride = (1.01-1.05) : 1.00. Feeding hypochlorous acid and allyl chloride is carried out to the intake device sucking directly and brought about pH value in prepared reaction mass to required value by addition of hydrogen chloride or its mixture with chlorine as gas or hydrochloric acid in maintaining reductive potential in outlet from system synthesis of dichloropropanols in the range 700-1200 mV. Method provides the enhancement of the technological effectiveness process, to retain high yield of dichloropropanols and to reduce amount of by-side substances. EFFECT: improved preparing method. 5 ex
