Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: catalyst for petrochemical processes. SUBSTANCE: invention provides alumina-based pyrolysis catalyst prepared in heat treatment process and containing 10.0-40.0% at least one group IIA metal oxide and 0.5-5.0% boron and/or phosphorus oxide. Catalyst is prepared by dry mixing of starting at least one group IIA metal oxide and aluminum compounds with, as strengthening additives, 0.1 to 5.0% boron and/or phosphorus compounds followed by mechanochemical treatment in vibrating mil during 0.1 to 72 h, granulation, drying, and formation of catalyst by heating it for 0.1 to 24 h at 600-1200 C. Mechanochemical treatment and high-temperature treatment lead to conversion of at least one group IIA metal oxide and alumina into cements having composition C2-C4 wherein n=1-6 and MeO represents at least one group IIA metal oxide. Invention describes catalytic pyrolysis process in presence of above-described catalyst using, as hydrocarbon feed stock, straight-run gasoline fraction 25-185 C or propane-butane fraction.
