ANTI-ISCHEMIC VEGETABLE PREPARATION "MELILOTIN" AND METHOD FOR ITS PREPARING

FIELD: medicine, phytotherapy, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: preparation shows anticoagulative, antioxidative, actoprotective, neuroprotective, analgetic, capillary-strengthening, anti-alterative, anti-exudative, antiproliferative, wound-healing and immunomodulating effect. Preparation is based on medicinal sweet clover herb extractive substances and comprises the following components, wt.-%: extractive substances, 0.1-40; 20-95% ethyl alcohol or purified water, the balance. Method for preparing involves extraction of vegetable raw by fractional maceration with purified water at temperature 80-90 C or percolation with ethyl alcohol of different concentration for 1-168 h in the ratio raw : extractant = 1 : (5-100) followed by condensing alcoholic or aqueous extraction of extractive substances as coumarins and flavonoids and their drying up to preparing dry extract. Invention provides maximal extraction of extractive substances and their retention for a long time also.
