The layers are composed of metal identical to one used for manufacturing base. Then, layers from mechanical mixture of metal and ceramics follow, smoothly increasing ceramics content from layer to layer from 20% to 90%. The last one is sprayed ceramic layer. Total plasma-sprayed coating thickness is equal to 90-200 mcm. EFFECT: all-purpose method for coating dental prosthesis surface with ceramics.
