Material may be additionally subjected to compressive deformation. Blank is simultaneously subjected to twisting and compression. Titanium aluminide blank treated by this method; composition of alloy of this blank is as follows, atm-%: Ti, 47; Al, 3.7; (Nb, Cr, Mn, Si), 0.5B.
