Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: structural electrically insulating and thermal protective materials for spacecraft; aviation; electrical engineering and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition consists of alternating layers of silica cloth and inorganic binder containing aluminum oxide powder in form of alpha-Al2O3 at grain effect of M5-M20; used as inorganic binder is mixture of barium silica cement containing 90-100% of barium mono- aluminate and aluminum oxide powder at content of alpha-Al2O3 no less than 98% at 1:1 ratio diluted with water at ratio of water to solid substance equal to 0.3-0.32. Content of silica cloth containing no less than 94% of SiO2 is equal to 60-40% and that of inorganic binder is equal to 40-60%. Proposed composition enhances radio-technical properties of glass-cloth- base laminate at high temperatures (above 500 C). EFFECT: extended field of application; facilitated procedure. 3 tbl |
