Connected to discharge means is high-speed discharge-current interrupter that generates high-voltage pulse across storage battery and makes liberate additional amount of charge carriers across storage battery plates. High-speed discharge-current interrupter has high-speed pulse-width controller, filed-effect transistor that functions as high-speed switch, inductor for retarding current build-up, shunt that functions as current detector, and diode for breakdown protection of field-effect transistor.
