SUBSTANCE: a dermal tissue sample should be reduced, trypsinized, thermostatted, centrifuged; a control sample is prepared by adding physiological solution, and a comparison sample is prepared due to adding solution of degranulation activator to be thermostatted, centrifuged, dyed with 0.3%-neutral red solution to carry out photocolorimetry at 490 nm, then mast cells degranulation degree(MCDD) is calculated, and at MCDD values ranged 2.1-2.5 functional activity of mast cells corresponds to norm.
