Zusammenfassung:FIELD: chemical- thermal treatment of steel articles, specifically for sherardizing of long-length articles in powder media, deposition of anticorrosion coats. SUBSTANCE: facility for chemical-thermal treatment of long-length articles includes furnace, retort with face covers and rotation drive, fixtures loading and unloading articles and aid to load powder mixture. Furnace is fitted with bottom slit semi-ejector multiflame burners arranged in burner slit, in lower part of furnace, grid mounted in slit of duct for removal of flue gases located in parallel to burner slit and vertical face hatches. Retort is fitted with thrust-pressure device of face covers, separable side segments and bearing guides. Fixtures loading and unloading articles includes boat, bearing-guiding chute, loading carriage and winch to unload boat. Vertical hatches are connected to carriage, retort is equipped with rollers carrying sealing enclosure and loading carriage has catch for engagement of boat. EFFECT: minimization of cost of chemical-thermal treatment and provision for uniform coating over entire length of article, enhanced functional reliability of facility. 5 cl, 2 dwg
