SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new imidazolyl-cyclic acetals of the formula (I) wherein R1 means optionally substituted 4-pyridyl or optionally substituted 4-pyrimidinyl; R2 means phenyl substituted with halogen atom; R3 means hydrogen atom; R4 means group -L3-R14; R5 means hydrogen atom, alkyl or hydroxyalkyl; or R4 and R5 bound with a common carbon atom can form with indicated carbon atom cycloalkyl nucleus or group C= CH2; R6 means hydrogen atom or alkyl; m = 1; L3 and R14 have values given in the description. Invention relates to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates (for examples, to hydrates) that elicit inhibitory activity with respect to TNF-alpha (tumor necrosis factor-alpha) and to intermediate compounds, pharmaceutical composition and to method for treatment. Invention provides preparing new compounds used in producing medicinal agents for treatment of state that can be improved by administration of TNF-alpha inhibitor, namely, for treatment of asthma or inflammation of articulations.
