Zusammenfassung:FIELD: power machine engineering, namely processes for making soldered-welded structures of tore-like gas ducts operating at conditions of high values of temperature, pressure, vibration in aggressive media. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making outer and inner walls of tore structure; cutting ribs on outer surfaces of both tore halves of inner wall and joining tore halves to tore along large and small diameters by means of argon-arc welding; applying onto outer surface of made tore and on inner surface of outer wall layer of nickel coating with thickness 7 - 15 micrometers; placing solder onto top portions of ribs of inner wall; assembling inner and outer walls of tore; joining tore halves of outer wall by means of argon-arc welding along large and small diameters for forming inner cavity between walls; evacuating said cavity and performing shield- gas soldering under pressure; then cooling assembly in protective medium until temperature 200+- 10C and further cooling it in air; cutting cooled structure by predetermined number of tore like gas ducts. EFFECT: improved tore-like structure of gas duct operating in extremal condition due to high strength, closeness and fluid-tightness of soldered joints. 5 cl, 1 dwg
