The implant is manufactured from biocompatible material like titanium nickelide having permeable porous structure of superficial implant layer. The intraosseous portion is manufactured as a plate comb- like separated into strips alternatingly and smoothly bent to both sides with respect to plate plane at an angle of 10-50 C. Working surface of the external form-generating area is polished. EFFECT: increased level of plastic repair consistency. 6 dwg
