SPRAYING BOOM

FIELD: agricultural equipment, in particular, treatment of young seedlings. SUBSTANCE: boom has central three-dimensional frame, at least one girder made in the form of cantilever, which may be pivotally attached to frame, tie-rod, horizontal hanger, shock absorber, and liquid sprayers. Girder is of ladder-type, with ladder stages sequentially connected by means of detachable pivot hinges arranged in different planes for enabling girder to be folded. Upper and lower belts of each stage are made in the form of rectangular frames connected with one another by means of connecting lands. Girder is additionally coupled to frame by means of horizontal strut through additional pivot joints. Shock absorber allows tie-rod length to be adjusted during movement of boom cantilever along complicated land relief. During transportation, boom is folded in two in vertical and horizontal plane owing to mounting of each stage on detachable pivot hinges. Boom is turned in such a state along power unit axis for movement thereof. EFFECT: improved quality of spraying of farm crops on complicated land relief. 7 cl, 4 dwg
