Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressors. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of protection of compressors against surge in gas transportation systems. According to proposed method, current values of parameters characterizing position of compressor working point are measured, position of surge line is defined more accurately and recorded and antisurge control output signal is shaped proportionally to distance of compressor working point from surge line. To define more accurately position of surge line mathematical simulation of process of approaching of working point to surge line is done. For this purpose antisurge control is shifted periodically to CORRECTION state creating several stable operating modes of compressor corresponding to different distance values, and value of differential resistance of compressor consumption characteristic and designed distance value are found and recorded, and basing on said values approximating function is chosen describing dependence of differential resistance from designed distance value and, by extrapolating of said function, distance value is found corresponding to zero value of differential resistance. Thus found distance value is stored to be used as correction, and antisurge control is set to OPERATION state and then signal to control antisurge valve is formed with due account of corrected distance value which is found from formula Lcor = Ldes-L', where Ldes is designed distance value, L' is correction value.
