TESTING BENCH TO FORM STEAM-GAS AND STEAM-AEROSOL MIXTURES WITH SPECIFIED CONCENTRATION

FIELD: analysis of materials by establishment of their chemical and physical properties, namely, production or preparation of specimens by their dilution, dispersion or mixing. SUBSTANCE: testing bench includes metering device and gas dynamic set to create steam-gas and steam-aerosol mixtures with specified concentration which has reaction chamber to mix gas flows and dilution system. The latter comprises capillary flow dividing valve and high-power agitator of air flow rate in pipe-line-diluent. Diffusion batcher with variable evaporation surface of substance with self-dependent thermostatting, adjustable gas flow and gravimetric control of efficiency is utilized to form steam-gas mixture of wide spectrum of volatility. EFFECT: testing bench shows wide functional potential as it is suitable to form steam-gas mixtures of substances of wide spectrum of volatility with specified parameters of humidity, composition and concentration and to form steam-aerosol mixtures of preset concentration. 2 cl, 2 dwg
