SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing insert member in opening of joined part and compressing insert member by applying axial effort to its surfaces; after compression by action of axial effort, radially compacting insert tubular powdered porous sintered member by means of tool in the form of drift with cone angle 3 - 13 degrees; using insert member with initial porosity degree 8 - 20 %, remaining porosity degree 6 - 7% and outlet cone angle 10 - 30 degrees; or before placing insert member into opening of joined part performing preliminary crosswise compaction along outer surface of insert tubular porous member by means of shaping die with cone angle 3 - 13 degrees.
