Zusammenfassung:FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with manufacturing antiparasitic collar out of composition based upon thermoplastic polymer supplemented with liquid active component of 60%- diazinone concentrated emulsion and additional components and includes extrusion of the composition. As thermoplastic polymer one should apply savilen supplemented with peppermint oil and calcium stearate and organic dyestuff at the following ratio, %: thermoplastic polymer as savilen 74.00-75.00, calcium stearate 0.60-2.95, organic dyestuff 0.10, liquid active component 60, concentrated diazinone emulsion 22.50- 23.85, peppermint oil 0.45. Component are mixed due to additional stage of extrusion followed by obtaining granulate. At stage of main extrusion, the granulate obtained is processed into strip at temperature modes in extruder's material cylinder: loading area - not more than 40 C, plasticization area - 65±5C, dosing area - 85±5C, forming head - 85±5C at worm's rotating being not more than 50 rot./min. The innovation provides steady distribution of insecticide - diazinone - along strip's volume and length, processing temperature decrease, decreased corrosion of equipment and release of toxic substances, development of softer elastic strip causing no irritation on animals' skin.
