SUBMERSIBLE CENTRIFUGAL PUMPING UNIT

FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of oil from slanted directional and purposely deviated wells. Proposed submersible centrifugal pumping unit contains pump set in form of modular sectional interconnected by movable device made in form of bushing-base connected by one end with housing of one modular section of pumping set through thread and at other end, connected with spherical segment with elastic sealing element and stop by means of threaded joint, by union nut with thread connecting bushing-base with other modular section. Shafts of modular sections are interconnected by clutches providing angular displacement of shafts. Pump set is lowered into well on tubings connected by threaded couplings. Spherical segment with elastic sealing element and stop of movable device is made on head turned into housing of one modular section, is connected with base turned into housing of other modular section and is connected by thread by union nut provided with lock to prevent self loosening. EFFECT: improved reliability and increase service life by decreasing bending stresses in connections of tubings and modular sections of set. 4 cl, 5 dwg
