Zusammenfassung:FIELD: manufacture of grinding disks used for grinding metals and alloys. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes proportioning and mixing components of molding sand and solid lubricant and molding discontinuous grinding disk. After molding of grinding disk, solid lubricant in powdered state is poured into mold and is compacted by upper molding plate. Grinding disk is withdrawn from mold, dried in air and is subjected to heat treatment and machining. Used as solid lubricant is composition of pulverized bakelite, dextrine and silver-bearing graphite. EFFECT: improved quality of grinding disk; reduced labor consumption. 4 dwg
