INSTALLATION FOR LASER WORKING

FIELD: laser technology, possibly different type laser working of large-size parts having second-order surfaces of revolution shifted relative to rotation axis by random value. SUBSTANCE: installation includes carrying structure, laser, laser head with focusing drive, optical tract, systems for controlling and supplying power. Distance pickup is mounted on laser head and it is connected through control system with servodrive. Laser head is mounted on tie rod of servodrive; said tie rod is mounted with possibility of motion. Angular rotation drive of laser head has tie rod mounted with possibility of angular rotation and supporting servodrive. Vertical motion drive of laser head has tie rod mounted with possibility of vertical motion and supporting light hinge connected with tie rod of angular rotation drive of laser head. Horizontal motion drive of laser head has carriage supporting vertical motion drive of laser head. Apparatus for securing and rotating worked part is mounted on platform that may move along guides. Carrying structure is in the form of portal on which horizontal motion drive of laser head is rigidly mounted. EFFECT: enlarged assortment of worked parts due to possibility for working parts with second-order surfaces of revolution shifted relative to rotation axis by random value and due to rapid change of apparatuses for securing and rotating part. 3 cl, 2 dwg
