Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: plastic metal working; possibly transport engineering, adoption of artificial structures out of metal corrugated members. SUBSTANCE: method comprises bending in plane running through longitudinal axis of separate wave and perpendicular to surface bounding crests of waves. Bending of corrugated members is performed by means of heating to redness of strips located on preliminarily marked heating areas and oriented along longitudinal axes of waves; while marking heating areas corrugated member is preliminarily divided across the width to crest areas located on crests of waves on side which upon bending is to be concave, and to lateral heating areas. Initially strips on lateral areas for all waves across the width of member and then strips on crest areas are heated. EFFECT: elimination of loss of local and total stability of corrugated metal members while its bending by means of thermal method. 3 cl, 2 dwg |
