Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves plotting skin position in zero articulation position. Then all acceptable movements are performed in adjacent articulations with maximum amplitude with curves drawn on the skin that reflect skin displacement relative to bone in each movement. Distance between initial curve and other lines are measured. Positions of minimum distance between them are found. Displacements of fascia, muscles and tendons are found at the identical level. The curves are transferred by means of transparent material to millimetric paper. Positions are determined in which displacements of the whole bulk of soft tissues is the least. The device has supporting base member having guides and control support member provided with tubes and traveling along them. The guides (at least two of them) are rigidly attached to the main supporting base member and are rigidly fixable to control supporting member. The control supporting member is arranged so that its center is superimposed over that of bone. It has not less than two pairs of guiding tubes rigidly fixed thereon with fixing bolts and feelers directed towards the control supporting member center. The supporting base member is rigidly attached to bone. EFFECT: high accuracy in determining places for introducing perosseous members. 2 cl, 1 dwg |
