Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method of preparing biologically active food additives from reindeer genitals comprises grinding preliminarily prepared crude material, adding extractant (60-85% ethanol), and double extraction at temperature not exceeding 42 C, extraction time being at least 18 h. Extract is separated to give biologically active additive "Erosil". Invention also provides method of preparing complex biologically active additive from aqueous solution of alcoholic extract of preparation called "Velkornin". For this end, one prepares aqueous solution of pink rodiola from alcoholic solution of its roots and combines it with "Velkornin" aqueous solution, whereupon biologically active additive from genitals of reindeer is added to give complex biologically active additive "Penisil".
