SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing pea grains and liquid media; filling cans with pea grains and liquid media; sealing and sterilizing; using smooth pea grains in biological maturity stage; subjecting pea grains to swelling procedure; introducing into liquid media preparation produced by sequential extracting of Pythium ultimum micromycet biomass with the use of non- polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue. Method allows canned food to be produced without use of basic raw material requiring special power consuming processes for obtaining and storing thereof. EFFECT: increased yield of final product and provision for year-round reprocessing of pea grains into canned food. 3 cl
