SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing pea and liquid media; filling cans therewith; sealing; sterilizing; using smooth pea grains in biological maturity stage; subjecting pea grains to swelling in the presence of preparation produced by sequential extracting of Pythium gracile micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water; joining first extract with solid residue. EFFECT: provision for year-round charging of production equipment with raw material and increased yield of final product.
