Zusammenfassung:FIELD: magnetometry; development of expanded frequency-range magnetometers. SUBSTANCE: proposed multilayer thin-film magnetoresistive transducer made of ferromagnetic materials depending for their operation on anisotropic magnetoresistive effect has electric shielding layer of nonmagnetic high-conductivity metal placed between control conductor and conductively coupled magnetoresistive components and insulated from them by means of first and second insulating layers. Thickness of electric shielding layer is smaller than depth of skin layer in this metal at higher frequency of chosen operating frequency range. EFFECT: enhanced operating frequency range. 2 cl, 3 dwg
