Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: measurement technology, diagnostics and prediction of technical state of gas compressor unit carrying centrifugal blower and gas-turbine power plant and employed to pump natural gas over gas mains. SUBSTANCE: rotation speed of power shaft is additionally measured while measuring parameters of gas and air path of gas-turbine power plant and gas path of centrifugal blower. Nonlinear mathematical models of gas-turbine power plant and centrifugal blower are used as diagnostic model of gas-turbine power plant which are intermatched through parameters of power and rotation speed of power shaft. Algorithms of search and correction of measurement errors with preliminary test of likelihood of values by degree of their deviation from values of model of gas compressor units and with replacement of doubtful values of any parameter with its computed value are applicable. There are also used following algorithms: computation of parameters of state of gas compressor units, comparison of computed data with probable states, search and correction of measurement errors with determination of their probable values. Changes in time of parameters of state of gas compressor units and integral indices of operation of gas compressor units are employed to make judgment on malfunction of units to predict residual service life of gas compressor units and to establish time for their withdrawal for repair depending on their states. EFFECT: increased authenticity of evaluation of technical state of gas compressor units with due account of growth of physical wear of structural elements of gas compressor units. 8 tbl |
