Zusammenfassung:FIELD: technology of laser synthesis of three-dimensional articles of models of machine parts by selective laser sintering, namely processes for continuous and intensified manufacture of accurate models with complex surface shape and with internal voids. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of successively layer by layer placing powder composition in machine for selective laser sintering; working each layer by means of laser irradiation along predetermined contour; extracting made article out of machine while removing excess quantity of powder composition not used for forming three-dimensional article; using as powder composition screened mixtures of metallic powders with easy-to-melt solder and flux having specific size of particles of basic metal, solder and flux in range 20 - 60 micrometers at relation 4 - 6 mass. p. of basic metallic powder to 1 mass.p. of solder and 0.1 mass.p. of flux. EFFECT: enlarged functional possibilities, improved strength of sintered article due to combining process of self-propagation laser synthesis with process of laser soldering, lowered deformation of article shape, prevention of stratification in wide range of optimal modes. 4 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex
