Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying combine radiation therapy comprising distant irradiation of primary lesion focus and regional metastasis zones using high power radiation with following intratissular gamma-therapy application with ionizing radiation sources being used. The distant irradiation therapy involves acting with electron beams according to dynamic dose fractioning method in split course. Focal dose for one application is equal to 3-4 Gr. It is divided into two 1.5-2 Gr large fractions in 5-6 h. The intratissular gamma-therapy is carried out by applying dynamic dose fractioning method using high activity ionizing radiation sources disposed in flexible intratissular inactive endostats to be implanted in perpendicular and/or in parallel and/or at an angle to tumor surface after having accomplished ionization radiation dose distribution modeling in tumor focus. EFFECT: wide range of functional applications; shorter irradiation periods; reduced risk of tumor recurrence. 4 cl
