The device also has one or more heads with neck and intrabone part being a perforated plate. The plate has vertical protrusion matching anatomical form of maxillary sinus fundus on one side and elongated part matching the alveolar process in shape and length to maxillary tuberosity restricted by bone suture is available on the opposite side.
