DEVICE FOR EXTRACTION OF OIL BY DISSOLVENT FROM AN OIL-BEARING MATERIAL

FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: The device for extraction of oil by dissolvent from an oil-bearing material may be used for extraction of oil from oil-bearing vegetables. The device for extraction of oils by dissolvent from a oil-bearing material consists of a body with a cover, two rotors supplied with a shaft, radial partitions forming segments, pressing bottoms, discharge spouts and the synchronous drive, the block of circular sprinkling of oil-bearing material with dissolvent. At that rotors consist of four tiers and each tier is composed of eight segments, of which the first five segments are supplied with the block of circulating sprinkling of an oil-bearing material with dissolvent, the sixth segment is a zone of the dissolvent flow, the seventh segment is a zone of the material unloading and the eighth segment is a zone of loading of the material. EFFECT: the invention allows to create the device of higher productivity on a material, ensuring upgrading quality of extracted oil, decrease of metal consumption, increase of concentration of miscella and decrease of power consumption for its consequent distillation as well as decrease of occupied production space. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
