Cord-like or point-like charge of explosive material is located in predetermined focal point in front of reflective barrier. Reflective barrier is made of rectangular metal sheet by resilient bonding thereof by applying of longitudinally directed force. Device provides application of blast waves created by explosion of less power and high energy to fire seat. Device can be permanently mounted as module on armored vehicle having wheel-track chassis.
