Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: one should detect the values for metabolic stress and establish pathogenetic criteria of anemia: decreased quantity of erythrocytes due to increased erythrodieresis determined by hemolysis percentage being above 0.32% and decreased osmotic erythrocytic resistance; decreased average volume of erythrocytes being below 80; increased amount of microcytes; altered index of erythrocytic deforming ability being above 0.42 conditional units; increased amount of reticulocytes being above 11%; then it is necessary to detect differential criteria of anemia at DA, and at decreased erythrocytic diameter being below 7.0 cu. mcm, increased value of anisocytosis being above 8.5%, increased portion of microcytes being above 20%, decreased portion of discocytes being below 60%, increased quantity of echinocytes and nonreversible prehemolised forms being above 22%, combination of either increased or normal concentration of interleukin1 and ferritin at normal level of serumal iron it is possible to diagnose anemia at earlier stages of disease.
