Common electrodes are connected with metal bushing and form sealed case. Output electrodes are anchored in case with use of insulation pad. Output electrodes form jointly with common electrodes differential capacitor. Half-volume of internal space of transmitter is filled with liquid dielectric. EFFECT: expanded range of measurement of deviation angles of object, decreased measurement error. 3 dwg
