Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed method comes to curing and connecting of rubber with reinforcement carried out in mould whose dimensions and geometrical shape are selected experimentally for each specific article. Filling of casting-type mould is carried out under pressure from side of point of conical head. Needle reinforcement consists of body and press-fitted pin with conical head. Inner space of body is provided with two cylindrical channels of different diameter, of which smaller one is used for press-fitting the pin and larger one, adjoining conical head of pin, is used for filling with rubber. EFFECT: simplified manufacture of reinforced rubber needle, provision of reliable connection of rubber and reinforcement and equal thickness of rubber tip. 4 cl, 2 dwg
