Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: construction engineering particularly, fabrication of panels for frame-panel buildings. SUBSTANCE: wood-metal panel is made in form of wood frame located between two cover plates and filled with heat-insulating material and waterproofed cells. Wood frame is formed of longitudinal and transverse boards treated with antiseptic and fireproofing compound and combined into single unit with help of metal members in form of U-shaped frames similar to wood frame configuration and embracing wood frame boards from two sides. Wood-metal panel has additional stiffening members in form of flat plates fastened to frames in points of joint of wood frame cells. Wood frame cover plates are secured directly to metal frames.
