SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes selection of temperature of normalizing taking into account content of silicon and phosphorus in steel. Temperature is found from the following equation: tnor = 950-45[Si,%]+100[P,%]±10°C at content of silicon of 1.6-2.69% and phosphorus of 0.05-0.15%.
