Method involves effect of 18-crown-6 as catalyst of interphase transfer on process of interaction of arsine oxide with alcohol in removal of formed water by boiling in the presence of azeotrope- forming agent. Invention provides increasing yield of the end product, intensification of process in preparing trialkylarsenites due to elevation of reaction rate and enhancement of selectivity of process using the proposed catalyst.
