Zusammenfassung:FIELD: converter engineering; conversion of low dc to high ac sine-wave voltage, for instance in motor cars. SUBSTANCE: newly introduced in converter are first and second transformers 7 and 8, respectively, whose primary winding leads are integrated and connected to input bus 12, their second leads are connected, to outputs of second and third transistor switches 2 and 3, respectively, whose inputs are integrated with those of first and fourth transistor switches 1 and 4, respectively, and their common point is connected to common bus 13; connected to the latter through secondary winding of first transformer 7 are anode of first diode 5 and through secondary winding of second transformer 8, anode of second diode 6. All these novelties make it possible to use reactor as current supply and in addition to trickle-charge input capacitor as well as to dispense with double-stage conversion system and high-rating capacitor in converter circuit.
