Zusammenfassung:FIELD: mechanical engineering, chemical oil and other industries. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of action onto fluid medium flow at transportation of liquids by pipelines. Proposed dispersed contains device for acting onto fluid medium flow which is installed in cut of pipeline. Ends of pipeline cuts are provided with flanges. Device for acting onto fluid flow consists of two rims installed one after the other direction of fluid medium flow. First rim from side of inner surface is provided with blade crown for swirling fluid medium flow. Second rim made from side of inner surface is provided with cross-bars on which resonance plates are secured as cantilever along fluid medium flow and pointed with free ends towards first rim. Second rim is installed on bore of cylindrical spacer provided with flanges at ends. First rim is fixed on pipeline between flange of pipeline and flange of spacer from side of inlet of fluid medium flow into disperser. Second rim is fixed in bore by pipeline flange at its connection with spacer flange. Inner diameter of spacer and rims is equal to inner diameter of pipeline at place of mounting of disperser. Thickness of blade crown of first rim is from 0.8 to 1.0 of thickness of second rim. Displace between rims is from to 2 to 3 inner diameter of spacer.
