Zusammenfassung:FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed electromagnetic nozzle has body with central bore, high-pressure fuel channel, low-pressure line, spray tip with blind overlapped channel and fuel feed channel. Needle valve is installed in blind channel for axial displacement and overlapping the channel from which spray channels come and enclosing valve by space before overlapped channel. Control chamber is connected with fuel feed channel by channel of limited cross-section and with low-pressure line through overlapped channel of limited cross section Control valve adjoins shutoff surface of overlapped channel coming out of control chamber. Second resilient element loads control valve by pressure stop of resilient element to completely disconnect control chamber from low- pressure line. Electromagnetic drive of control valve is located in nozzle body bore side opposite to spray tip and it includes magnetic circuit, solenoid, armature and drive link coupled with armature and pressure stop of resilient element loading the control valve. Control chamber is arranged at thrust end face of needle valve limiting travel at lifting and is limited by end face of needle valve in space and it enclosed at least part of area of end face pointed to resilient element. Part of needle valve at thrust end face is mated through separating surface with intermediate element providing hydraulic loading of needle valve of spray tip from control chamber and forming ring slot channel over length of mating along separating surface of needle valve to supply control chamber. Needle valve is provided with elements to connect control chamber to fuel feed channel through channel whose through section is smaller than ring slot channel at interaction of needle valve thrust end face with stop of open nozzle. EFFECT: reduced mass of hydraulic drive of needle valve, improved reliability of nozzle. 7 cl, 6 dwg
