Zusammenfassung:FIELD: construction engineering; applicable widely in construction of high-rise buildings and structures in earthquake and explosion-hazardous regions, and regions subject to action of storm winds. SUBSTANCE: multistory earthquake-resistant building includes foundation, spatially rigid upper stories, flexible posts of low story and central support. Flexible posts are made of flexible plate members curved in shape and resting with its one end on base supporting belt of building foundation, and with its other end fastened to supporting belt of low floor of building. Base supporting belt of building foundation and supporting belt of building foundation and supporting belt of building lower floor are additionally interconnected by damping devices. Central support has spherical contact surfaces conjugated with spherical contact surfaces of supporting belts. Central supports are made in form of solid or hollow sphere, rotation ellipsoid, vertically located cylinder or truncated cone with spherical contact surface on upper and lower bases, and also in form of horizontally lying lens shaped body. Flexible plate members and damping devices are located axially symmetric to vertical axis of central support. Foundation may be made in form of central pile sunk in ground and having rigidly secured horizontal plate in its upper part. Said plate is anchored to additional underground blocks located over foundation periphery. EFFECT: increased resistance to earthquakes and storm winds due to higher flexibility of supporting system and efficiency of damping of vertical and horizontal support. 11 cl, 7 dwg
