All-purpose low-viscosity polymer composition is prepared from accessible raw materials: 4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol epoxide resin, methacrylic acid ester, aliphatic polyamine, carbon tetrachloride, and, if necessary, filler and/or special-destination additives.
