Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, use of mechanotherapeutic apparatuses of passive action in traumatology for recovery of the function of joints. SUBSTANCE: the method includes reversible relative angular motions of the joint ends in the preset region of the boundary angles and velocities with the aid of an electric drive on condition of motion strictly in the same plane with an obligatory fixation of the segments of the extremities. Additionally measured is the moment of resistance of the patient's muscular reaction to the rotation of the electric drive, and on condition of a stress of the muscles counteracting the motion reversal of the electric drive is accomplished. Besides, for acceleration of the recovery of the joint function the velocity of motion is set proceeding from the attainment of the maximum volume of motion. EFFECT: reduced sensations of pain by the patient and accelerated rehabilitation.
