SUBSTANCE: device incorporates subtracter 2 which minuend input is connected to input terminal 1 coupled to input of subtracter 2 through commutator 3, first capacitor 7 connected to zero potential bus and voltage follower 8 connected in series. Input terminal 1 is connected to control input of commutator 3 via second capacitor 4, resistor 12 connected to zero potential bus, second modulus former 5 and threshold element 6 connected in series. Output of subtracter 2 is first output of device and is connected through first modulus former 10 to second output of device.
