SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of imidazolidine of the formula (I) wherein W means R1-A-C(R13); Z means oxygen atom; A means simple bond or alkylene; B means bivalent residue among group: (C1-C6)-alkylene, phenylene being bivalent alkylene residue can be substituted or unsubstituted; E means R10CO; R means hydrogen atom or C1-C8-alkyl; R0 means hydrogen atom, (C1-C8)-alkyl and if necessary substituted (C6-C14)-aryl, substituted heteroaryl; R1 means if necessary substituted residue among order: phenyl, thienyl or pyridyl; R2 means hydrogen atom or alkyl; R3 means hydrogen atom, alkyl, substituted aryl, substituted heteroaryl, R11NH,CONHR4,CONHR15; R4 means hydrogen atom, alkyl that can be substituted multiple; R5 means substituted aryl; R10 means hydroxy- or alkoxy-group; R11 means hydrogen atom, R12a-CO, R12a-O-CO, R12b-CO; R12a means alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, substituted aryl; R12b means R12a-NH; R13 means hydrogen atom or alkyl; R15 means R16-alkyl or R16; R16 means from 6-membered to 24- membered tricyclic residue that is saturated or partially saturated and it can be substituted with one or more alkyl also.
