Zusammenfassung:FIELD: heat-and-power engineering, particularly heat-supplying local network. SUBSTANCE: Heat-supplying plant has heating-evaporating unit in the form of propulsion water-jet propeller. Water-jet propeller inlet pipe has check valve and is connected with direct hot water delivery line. Water-jet propeller outlet pipe is joined directly with mixing injector nozzle. Mixing injector inlet pipe is also connected with direct hot water delivery line. Propulsion water-jet propeller comprises chamber with upper funnel-shaped part having tangential tubes. One tangential tube is connected to check valve. Safety valve having hollow rod, seat and outlet pipe is installed in chamber cylindrical part such as safety valve seat is integral with chamber bottom. Rod is arranged into displacing piston fastened to chamber resilient closure so that gap is formed between displacing piston and funnel-shaped chamber surface. Rod upper end is joined with piston by bellows and has ring bolt. EFFECT: simplified structure, cost reduction, increased reliability, independent operation possibility. 5 cl, 1 dwg
